This is our positive behavior program that we use to promote the safety and well being of our students at Sam Adams.
Students are taught appropriate behavior for the hallway, playground, cafeteria, bathroom, the bus lot, the drop off/pick up area, and the classroom.
Students are rewarded with Ranger Pride tickets when they are caught "being good" and showing positive, appropriate behavior. The Ranger Pride tickets are put in the classroom bucket and I pull a ticket at the end of the day and the student gets to go to my treasure box and pick out a goody. At the end of the week, all the tickets are collected and one student from each class is selected to sit at the Ranger Pride Table in the cafeteria on Friday. The students are very excited to have the opportunity to sit at the special table with the other special students.
Golden Ticket Winners are chosen each month by the teacher for their exemplary work ethic and behavior by the teacher. These students get to visit our Principal's Treasure Chest and cheered on at a Ranger PRIDE Assembly.
